A: We utilize custom-designed welding fixtures to hold parts in place and employ TIG or Laser welding to minimize heat input. Our engineers also plan specific welding sequences to balance thermal stresses.

Q2: Can you provide "seamless" welds for exterior housings?

A: Yes. We perform full welding followed by professional grinding and sanding. Once painted or powder-coated, the joints become completely invisible, providing a premium "unibody" look for products like robot shells.
